Gugulethu-Sofia Mbatha or Gugu Mbatha Raw is an actor British actress who gained recognition for her performance in 'Doctor Who.' This British television science fiction series airing on BBC. Chelsea Joy Handler is a New Jersey native born in Livingston on the 25th of February, 1975. She was the eldest of six children in the family. Her parents were homemakers. Handler was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1989, and died after battling cancer for ten years. Handler was born into a Reform Judaism family. Her father was Jewish. Handler was raised in a wonderful area with a great family. As she entered her twenties Handler moved into Los Angeles in order to take on acting. Handler employed as an actor in order to support her family. However, when she was aged 21, Handler decided to pursue the stand-up comic profession full-time, because she realized her story telling skills. The beginning of her career Handler started her professional profession as part of the Oxygen network all-female cast for the hidden camera/comedy reality television series Girls Behaving Badly. The show was broadcast from 2002 until 2005. The host began to appear on other shows including Weekends at D.L., The Bernie Mac Show, The Practice and My Wife and Kids. Handler began her career as a correspondent on The Tonight Show. Handler achieved her first big break in 2006 by hosting her E! show. The Chelsea Handler Show. It lasted two seasons. Following the show, Handler performed on the Comedy Central's Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour in the United States. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend, HBO and Comedy Central have all broadcasted her stand-up show. In 2010, she was tapped for the role of host at 2010 MTV Video Music Awards. It made her the 2nd female in history, following Roseanne Barr, to host the VMAs.
