Jessica Steen is a Canadian actress who has appeared in the screen and on television. Her roles include Captain Power and the Soldiers of the Future. Homefront, Earth 2 Armageddon. NCIS Flashpoint, Left Behind: World at War.



 



 Personal life



 Jessica Steen was born in Toronto, Ontario, the daughter of Joanna Noyes, an actress, and Jan Steen, a director and actor. She is of Dutch and Scottish origins.



 



 Steen in addition to her career in entertainment, is an environmentalist as well as an advocate for animal rights. Steen is a supporter of David Suzuki and the World Society for the Protection of Animals. She is a certified diver and skilled in several circus arts such as fire-twirling stilt-walking , and fire-twirling.
